Vallejo Liquid Mask: what it is and how to use it
What is Vallejo Liquid Mask? What is liquid masking? How to apply a liquid masking to a model we are painting?
Let's try the product by Acrylicos #Vallejo: Liquid Maskin. It is a product that allows you to apply the liquid masking technique to "selective painting". It replaces - or rather adds - the classic masking technique using adhesive tape.
Conclusions: Is it worth buying? It depends! In my opinion it is a "divisive" product: you have to try it to understand how it "works" and if it is right for you and your style. For me it is a "neither": I much prefer masking using adhesive tape, I find this convenient for covering curved parts. I don't like it if applied on surfaces that are too jagged, because it becomes a bit difficult to remove.
My advice is to try it, maybe with a small bottle, on different surfaces and models, to better understand its potential and its "limits".
